Shipping Policy

Currently, we only provide shipping to Malaysia only. For the friends from other countries, please do contact us for shipping rate!

Postage Fees & Normal Charges

We charges RM20 postage for Peninsular Malaysia (1kg and below only) and we charges RM30 for Sabah and Sarawak. For postage and handling within Malaysia all shipping will be via Poslaju. All in stock items will be shipped next day after email conformation of order. All addresses are unable to make any adjustment once already in processing.

International Orders

For items with a weight greater than 500 grams, items will be shipped via fedex. Shipping via fedex is 2-4 days after lead time(up to 30 days). We will issue invoices with tracking information on the day we ship. Orders shipped with fedex can be tracked at www.fedex.com.

Delivery Time Policy

Item sold will be shipped within 1 – 30 working days for Malaysia. Delivery will be made by Poslaju OR J&T. Customer will be notified via email when the Item Is Shipped. Tracking Number will be given via email. Shipping fees will be calculated automatically on checkout. Cost of shipping will be bear by customer.

We hope our beloved customers might note that we does not represent courier companies, and as much as we hope for parcels to arrive on time, parcels can suffer delays beyond our control. However, please rest assured we’re on your side and will help in any way we can. Office hours are from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

Payment accepted is Malaysia Online Banking and Debit/Credit Card.

***Longer lead and delivery times may as well applied for some products. Buyer will be notified and cancellation can be initiated by Buyer within 3 days of the notification. Refunding process will be initiated and processed within 1-7 days.

During Promotion Periods

During peak periods, there may be some delay in shipping. Please bear with us as we could not fulfil the usual next day delivery promise due to large volume of orders, transaction and availability issues.
